Please note that our notice period is 5 full working days unless we are fully booked. We highly recommend placing your order as early as possible as dates can fill up quickly due to high demand.
Collection times are typically Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to12 PM. Sunday and Bank Holidays, collections are available at 11 AM. Please note that the exact collection time will be confirmed on the day of your booking.
Allergens Notice: Our cakes are made with eggs, milk, soya, and gluten. Some decorations may contain almonds and nuts. Please be aware that all cakes and cupcakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles these allergens, making them unsuitable for individuals with special dietary requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
For optimal freshness, some cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about 1-2 hours before serving. Please follow the instructions on the box for storage and shelf life information.
To change your order for non-themed cakes or cupcakes, please provide at least 5 full working days' notice. For themed cakes or cupcakes, a notice of 7 full working days is required. If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued ,if 5 working days' notice for non-themed cakes/cupcakes and 7 working days' notice for themed cakes/cupcakes is provided.Thank you for your understanding!
Our cake sizes are designed to cater to your celebration needs. Our single tier cakes are available in 8 inches, serving 24-32 people. For larger gatherings, our 2-tier cakes feature a 10-inch base cake and a 6-inch top tier, accommodating 50-80 guests. Choose the perfect size for your special occasion!
